FSC observed the playground area to be under construction due to county working on sewer line. See counselor comments. Per DCF Handbook, "The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards. All equipment, fences, and objects on the facilitys premises shall be free from sharp, broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or safety hazards in any one area."

A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority.
