FSC was doing the inspection there was medicine in the syringe without a label inside the Frigg plus 3 other more medicine with the children names from over the counter. FSC ask about it and no one had any knowledge of why the medication was like this at the moment. Technical Assistance was provided to the owner and the staff doing the last inspection for a similar situation. According to CCF Handbook, Section 6.5, C this is a class 3 violation. it was resolve immediately at the moment

A staff did not complete the 40 hours introductory training within the 1 year period. The staff started working on the child care industry in 2013. TA was given to the director (Child care personnel must successfully complete 40 hours of child care training as evidenced by successful completion of competency examinations offered by the department or its designated representative with a weighted score of 70 or better. Child care personnel who successfully completed the mandatory 40 hour Introductory Child Care Training prior to January 1, 2004 are not required to fulfill the competency examination requirement). Director requested two month to come into compliance, due to the limited exam dates
