23-01 · Technical assistance was provided that unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities.
