At the time of the inspection there were 32 children and only one teacher. The ratio was brought into compliance when the other teacher arrived, and the group was divided by placing 21 students with one teacher in one classroom and 11 students in another classroom with another teacher. At the time of the inspection the classrooms did not have the capacity posted. The provider made signs with the capacities of each classroom and placed them next to the door of each classroom in order to be in compliance.
