The facility failed to maintain a current Employee/Contractor Roster for all child care personnel in the Clearinghouse. CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K The providers clearinghouse roster was found to not be current; this standard was corrected at the time of inspection. TA (Technical Assistance) was given to the provider, the employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Employer/owner/operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of the employment termination
