FSC observed that the facility current has a fire inspection that has N.O.V status. TA was given to the provider informing them that the facility must have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority on file for licensing to review CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A. Provider was given a corrective action date of 4/10/24.
