No on-site inspection was conducted. Re-inspection completed in office via document submission email by provider and received on 01/21/2025. The documentation Training Transcripts for the child care personnel mentioned on the supplemental inspection sheet from the preview inspection was received and reviewed to determine non-compliance and a copy of the eligibility provider email in licensing file as supporting documentation. A copy of the re-inspection was email to provider requesting review, signature and return to counselor for their licensing. T.A.
