19-02 · Technical assistance was given to provider per CCF handbook "A minimum of 18 inches must be maintained around individual napping and sleeping spaces. A maximum of two sides of a napping or sleeping space may be against a solid barrier, such as the wall. The solid side of a crib does not meet the requirements for a solid barrier. "

05-02 · Technical assistance was given to provider per CCF handbook " A log must be maintained for all children being transported in a vehicle or on foot away from and/or to the premises of the child care facility. The log must be retained on file at the facility for a minimum of 12 months and available for review by the licensing authority. The log must include: 1. Each childs name, 2. The date and time of departure, 3. Time of arrival at the destination, 4. The signature of the driver (or in the case of travelling on foot, the signature of the child care personnel), and 5. 46-03 · Technical assistance was provided that daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. A. Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the child care facility or program. However, child care facility personnel are responsible for ensuring that attendance records are complete and accurate. 2:6, Infant 2:5, 1 year old 3:18, 2 year old 2:18, 3 year old 2:13, VPK, 4 year old Upon arrival to commenced a complaint inspection the center is compliant of Ratio. During a food program inspection, the inspector arrive at facility at 6:48am and observed 1 teach to 3 infants, 5, 1 or 2 years, and 3 4 year old. FSC observed the sign in sheet , which indicted one teacher at the time, date, and the amount of children that was at the center on 2/28/2023 was accurate to the complaint. Technical assistant was given that, the staff-to-child ratio, as established in Section 402.305(4), F.S., is based on primary responsibility for the direct supervision of children and applies at all times while children are in care. Mixed Age Groups In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times.
