Licensed Specialist was reviewing the children files and noticed one child parent did not sign the distracted driver brochure. TA was given to the provider referencing the CCF Handbook. 7.3 Enrollment Information The facility operator shall obtain enrollment information from the childs custodial parent or legal guardian prior to accepting a child in care.
