One emergency INCLEMENT WEATHER drill has not been conducted during licensure year. Fire inspection conducted on 2/17/2023. Fire extinguisher serviced on 03/2022. As technical assistance, the licensing counselor requested that a Fire Drill be done in the presence of licensing authority, and the provider requested that the fire drill be done at the next scheduled inspection (due inclement weather)

31-03 · Technical assistance was provided that toys, equipment, and furnishings must be safe and maintained in a sanitary condition following a routine schedule of cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting. Director removed the toy from the classroom and the standard has returned to compliance

Child received head injury when the toy she was using fell on her head when she was holding it up while sitting on a bouncer. The toy that caused the injury is not meant to be used over the head or while inclined. At the time of the injury, the toy was not used as indicated
