FSC noted at the time of inspection that a disinfectant spray and other cleaning sprays were within reach of the children. TA was given to the provider: ( All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times

FSC observed at the time of the inspection that the children's linens remained on the beds which were placed one on top of the other. TA was given to the provider: (Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child)
