The 2 yeas old teacher did not follow her written plan schedule (NAPTIME) at time of inspection, all the children in that classroom were sleeping and the time was : 11:28 AM. when licensing staff reviewed the classroom. the schedule indicates that naptime is at at 12:10PM Provider has resolved the non-compliance at the time of the inspection. FSC conducted a fire drill so all the children were awake, and FSC explained to the staff that she need to follow her written plan schedule at all times, only in case of bad weather an alternate activity can be performed. TA: Each group or class must have a written and followed plan of scheduled activities posted in an easily seen location accessible to parents/guardians. The written plan must meet the needs of the children being served and must include alternate activities in case of bad weather. The written plan shall include a variety of activities that range from structured to unstructured activities that encourage a childs developmental growth
