During the inspection the Family Service Counselor observed that the facilitys posted emergency information did not include the following: [ directions to the facility; including major intersections and local landmarks]. Technical support that was given to the provider stated that the Emergency service telephone numbers must be posted on or near all telephones, including 911, ambulance, fire, police, poison control center, Florida Abuse Hotline, and the county public health department. Additionally, the address and directions to the facility must be posted with descriptions of major intersections and local landmarks

During the inspection the Family Service Counselor observed that five of the students at the facility did not maintain documentation that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of each child were provided information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child and leave them in the car annually during the months of April and September in that [the provider didnt given the document to the parents in person or online for the month of April 2024 for the family service to review during the renewal inspection on 06/19/24]. Technical support that was given to the provider stated that the annually, in the months of April and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of the children enrolled in the facility with information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child at the facility and instead leave them in the adults vehicle upon arrival at the adults destination.CF/PI 175- 12, brochure, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(x), F.A.C. and may be obtained from the Departments website at www.myflfamilies.com
