A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report by a certified fire inspector in compliance with s. 633.081, F.S., must be maintained on file at the program and available for review by the inspection authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must also be documented and maintained on file at the program
