FSC observed lots of things piled up in the shower. TA Every facility must have at least one portable or permanent bath facility available for bathing children. The bath facility must be in good operation, clean and must be sanitized or disinfected after each use. Each toilet and sink must be maintained in good operating condition, cleaned and sanitized or disinfected as needed, but at least once per day. Sinks utilized for teeth brushing activities/procedures by the children must be sanitized prior to the activity occurring

FSC observed labels not being on the Childrens water bottles. TA Bottles and sippy cups brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily

FSC observed capacity posted in Older Explorers Classroom to be incorrect. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by posting the correct capacity for the room

18-12 · Technical assistance was given to provider per CCF handbook " G. Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child. H. Bedding and linens shall not be stored in the bathroom, unless stored in cabinets."
