Abusive, profane, or sarcastic language or verbal abuse, threats, or derogatory remarks in front of the child or about the child or childs family; 9. Placing a child in a crib/portable crib for a time-out or for disciplinary reasons."
The video footage observed by LS, dated November 26, 2024, showed (KR) employed physical punishment by restraining or limiting the movement of one child during naptime in the Yoga Room. This was done by placing the leg, in a V-shape, on one child. She was also seen with a child between her legs under a blanket. Children were observed lifting their heads in attempts to adjust their body during the technique of personnel. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by terminating (KR)

The video footage observed by LS, dated November 20, 2024, showed that (KR) employed physical punishment by restraining or limiting the movement of one or more children during naptime. This was done by placing the leg, or at times both legs in a V-shape, on multiple children during this period. Children were observed lifting their heads in attempts to adjust their body during the technique of personnel. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by assigning (KR) to other duties away from the children in care. Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook " F. According to the statements given by (KR), an incident took place on November 20, 2024, during naptime, in which (LD) hit his head against the wall. Personnel (KR) admitted to informing legal guardian/parent of the incident on November 21, 2024, however, failed to create an incident report the day of incident. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection, due to child is no longer enrolled at the facility
