Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months."

13-02 · Technical assistance was given to provider per CCF handbook "All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times. "
Harmful items not limited to Lysol Disinfectant spray was observed by FSC to be stored in an unsafe place given children access. Provider was able to correct by removing items and placing them in areas inaccessible to children

FSC observed that meals are prepared at main school and transported to facility with no food acceptance log present. Technical assistance was given per CCF handbook " A log must be maintained for all prepared meals being transported into the facility. The log must be retained for a minimum of 12 months. The log must include the delivery date, time of arrival, quantity and types of food, verification by the recipient of adequate temperatures of food, and the name and signature of the recipient. The facility shall not accept food that is not at the appropriate holding temperature."

Technical assistance was given to provider per CCF handbook "A copy of the eligible results, for the Level 2 screening, generated from the Clearinghouse must be on record for each personnel. If awaiting Out-of-State criminal history results, a copy of the DCF email informing of the individuals eligibility for a provisional hire status must be in the personnel file."
