Last fire drill was conducted on 05/20/24 at 11:30 a.m. this was a regular fire drill. There were no notations of a fire drill taken place during napping/sleeping timeframe and the facility needs to conduct one of those fire drills before their next inspection. The provider needs to conduct an emergency preparedness drill with inclement weather and lock down procedures because the last emergency preparedness drill was taken on 09/06/23 at 11:30a.m. This the second time the family service counselor directed the provider to conduct this type of drill and there has not been any updates to the log, but the provider is conducting regular fire drills as needed. All fire extinguishers were up to date and met the requirements to have them within the facility. There was no fire drill was conducted with the counselor during the renewal inspection due to inclement weather during the renewal inspection. There will be a follow up visit before the renewal

During the inspection the Family Service Counselor observed that three students Health Examination or equivalent health statement was not acceptable in that: [ It was not current (over two years old)]. Technical support that was given to the provider stated that the Student Health Examination or the signed statement is valid for two years from the date the physical was performed. An up-to-date version must be on file for as long as the child is enrolled at the facility

The Family Service Counselor observed that the emergency information was not posted on or near all telephones in the facility. Technical support that was given to the provider were that the emergency service telephone numbers must be posted on or near all telephones, including 911, ambulance, fire, police, poison control center, Florida Abuse Hotline, and the county public health department. Additionally, the address and directions to the facility must be posted with descriptions of major intersections and local landmarks. This was resolved in the presences of the Family Service Counselor onsite during the inspection
