There were no notations of a fire drill taken place during napping/sleeping timeframe and the facility needs to conduct one of those fire drills before their next inspection. The provider needs to conduct an emergency preparedness drill with inclement weather and lock down procedures because the last emergency preparedness drill was taken on 09/06/23 at 11:30a.m. This the second time the family service counselor directed the provider to conduct this type of drill and there has not been any updates to the log, but the provider is conducting regular fire drills as needed. All fire extinguishers were up to date and met the requirements to have them within the facility. There was no fire drill was conducted with the counselor during the renewal inspection due to inclement weather during the renewal inspection. There will be a follow up visit before the renewal
