Licensing Specialist observed the wrong fire inspection document. 3.8.2 Fire Safety A. Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program. Fire Drills Last fire drill was conducted on 3/2/2026. One fire drill using an alternate evacuation route was done on 1/12/2026. One fire drill in the presence and at the request of the licensing authority has yet to be completed. One emergency LOCKDOWN drill was done on 12/02/2025. One emergency INCLEMENT WEATHER drill has yet to be completed. Fire inspection: Missing. Fire extinguisher: exp-08/2026

A copy of the eligible results, for the Level 2 screening, generated from the Clearinghouse must be on record for each personnel. If awaiting Out-of-State criminal history results, a copy of the DCF email informing of the individuals eligibility for a provisional hire status must be in the personnel file

[S.R HANDBOOK SECTION 14.2] All school readiness programs must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Fire Safety Standards for Nonresidential Child Care Facilities, and must be inspected annually. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report by a certified fire inspector in compliance with s. 633.081, F.S., must be maintained on file at the program and available for review by the inspection authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must also be documented and maintained on file at the program. 2. There must be at least one operable telephone that is accessible and available to all staff at all times during the hours of operation
