In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. B. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children one year of age but under two years of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than six children of any age group, at all times. A parent that was waiting at the door upon licensing specialist's arrival picked up a child, who was in the infant and 1-year old classroom and the standard returned to compliance at time of inspection. A second child was picked up in the classroom and the 1-year old child that was in the 2-years old classroom was put in the infants and 1-year old classroom to return to compliance.
