    Licensed Specialist was reviewing the children files and notice that 17 children distracted driver brochure was expired. TA was given to provider referencing the CCF Handbook. 7.3 Enrollment Information The facility operator shall obtain enrollment information from the childs custodial parent or legal guardian prior to accepting a child in care. This information shall be documented on CF-FSP Form 5219, Child Care Application for Enrollment, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(f), F.A.C., or an equivalent form that contains all the information required by the Department on CF-FSP Form 5219. CF-FSP Form 5219 may be obtained from the licensing authority or on the Departments website at www.myflfamilies.com/childcare. C. There shall be signed statements from the custodial parents or legal guardian that the child care facility has provided them with the following information: 5. Annually, in the months of April and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of the children enrolled in the facility with information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child at the facility and instead leave them in the adults vehicle upon arrival at the adults destination.CF/PI 175- 12, brochure, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(x), F.A.C. and may be obtained from the Departments website at www.myflfamilies.com

    FSC observed standing water, dry leaves and dirty water running thru one side of the playground area. As Technical Assistance, per Rule Handbook: General Health and Safety Requirements A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety.     FSC observed 2 small/medium red tanks of gasoline with gasoline located at the playground area. As Technical Assistance, per Rule Handbook, Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons A. All areas and surfaces accessible to children must be free from toxic substances, bio contaminants, and hazardous materials/equipment/tools, including power tools, plastic bags, matches, candles, lighters, etc. B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times. C. Firearms and weapons, as defined in section 790.001, F.S., are prohibited within any building or upon any person located on the premises, excluding federal, state or local law enforcement officers. D. Narcotics, alcohol, or other impairing drugs/paraphernalia must not be present on the premises or in vehicles used by child care facility. Director removed both red tanks from the playground
