During the time of inspection, it was observed that child care personnel did not complete the required preservice training prior to having unsupervised contact with or providing care to children. Additionally, if supervised, the personnel did not begin training within 90 days of their start date, as required. During the time of inspection, documentation of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification was not on file for child care personnel, as required.
