FSC observed facility have not conducted an inclement weather drill. Lockdown and inclement weather drills shall be conducted a minimum of one time each per operating year when children are in care and the documentation of these drills must be maintained for 12 months from the date of the drill. A lockdown or inclement weather drill may substitute for one monthly fire drill. Substitutions for fire drills may not occur more than three times within the licensure year. Documentation of this substitution must be maintained for 12 months from the date of the drill

FSC observed the distracted adult brochure have not been signed for the month of April. Annually, in the months of April and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of the children enrolled in the facility with information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child at the facility and instead leave them in the adults vehicle upon arrival at the adults destination.CF/PI 175- 12, brochure, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(x), F.A.C. and may be obtained from the Departments website at www.myflfamilies.com
