During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that presents a risk to the health and safety of the children. Indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation must be maintained for 12 months."
