During a facility walkthrough conducted by LS Skeen, it was observed that the provider failed to store bedding and/or linens in a sanitary manner across multiple classrooms. Specifically: • In several areas of the facility, blankets were found stacked directly on top of each other without appropriate separation. • In Classroom B, a handbag was observed placed on top of stacked cots, which raises sanitary concerns. • In Classroom A, blankets stored between cots were in direct contact with the underside of the cot above, compromising sanitary storage practices. • In Classroom C, cots were stacked on top of each other with sheets still on them, which does not meet sanitary storage standards. These conditions indicate a need for improved protocols to ensure bedding and linen are stored in a hygienic and compliant manner. Provider was able to send proof that linens were placed in individually labeled bags
