At the completion of the investigation this counselor sat in her car which registered 104 degree and waited for the car to cool off. This counselor observed the driver arrived at the facility and unloaded the children and went inside of the building with them. This counselor sat in her car for about 11 mins more and no childcare personnel came out to do a second seep of the vehicle. This counselor called the director and gave technical assistance to the facility that it is imperative that a second sweep of the vehicle should always be conducted when children are transported. The director conducted a second sweep at the time of the inspection
