Licensing Specialist observed a child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the 40 hour Introductory Child Care Training requirement. Director was informed that this CCP had not completed their training requirement since being in the industry since November of 2023, staff member will need to complete the 40 hours of training to come back in compliance for this standard.
