Licensing Specialist observed a child care personnel, including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the 40 hour Introductory Child Care Training requirement. Director will have the CCP complete her 40 clock hours so the provider can come back in compliance for this standard. T/A given in regards to CCP starting in the industry November 21, 2023 and not completing the 40-clock hours within the required timeframe

The counselor observed the storage to be open allowing access to cleaning products. The counselor provided technical assistance to the director on making sure to keep that door locked at all times. The director stated that the maintenance man was working in the facility over the weekend and for got to lock it back. She stated that she will make sure that door is locked from now on to keep the children safe from harmful items

The diaper changing mat was not impermeable because there were rips in it. The counselor provided technical assistance on making sure that there is always a impermeable mat on the changing table. The mat was replaced immediately
