This complaint was received on 3/19/26 and was investigated on 3/20/26. The complainant accused the facility of being out of ratio in the afternoons in the toddler classroom. Upon arrival to do the investigation, this monitor found twelve children napping, nine 2 (two) year olds and three 1 (one) year olds. Based on the results of this investigation, this complaint is substantiated. However, during the course of the investigation, an additional staff member arrived putting the classroom back into compliance
