The school self-reported and this complaint was investigated on 2/20/26. The child told their parent on 2/18/26 that the teacher grabbed them. The parents asked to see the video on the morning 2/19/26. A copy of the video was viewed by licensing on Friday 2/20/26. The video shows the child grabbing another childs belongings. Then it shows the teacher grabbing the child by the arm and moving the child to sit at another part of the classroom. This is outside of the schools discipline policy. Based on the results of this investigation, this complaint is substantiated but is now in compliance as the teacher has been suspended
