During the inspection it was noted that on yesterday 01/25/2023 the driver failed to sign the transportation log after transporting children from Atlantic West Elementary. It was was also noted that there was no signature from a second and different staff person on the transportation log after transporting children from Atlantic West Elementary. Two staff had signed the transportation log on that day after transporting children from Margate Elementary. During the inspection it was noted that the driver did not mark each child off the log who were transported from Renaissance Charter School Coral Springs as they departed the vehicle. There as also no signature for the driver or the second person on the log used for transporting children from Renaissance Charter School Coral Springs. Please provide copies of the transportation log for 01/26/2023 and 01/27/2023 after the children from Atlantic West Elementary and Renaissance Charter School Coral Springs are transported to Little Village Preschool
