The school self-reported on February 13, 2026 and the complaint was investigated on February 17, 2026.According to an interview with the director, the parent of JF notified the school that JF stated that teacher P punched them in the stomach. When the director questioned teacher P regarding this matter they admitted to having punched JF in the stomach. The teacher was terminated.This complaint is substantiated

During this inspection, the red railing on the east side of the preschool climber showed signs of decay as did other areas of the climber. When handled by this inspector it became detached. Caution tape was placed around it during inspection to ensure no further use until repaired or replaced
