The A/C return vent, fire sprinkler head, and fan in the four-year-old room and also the return vents in the three-year-old room had build up. The staff cleaned up the areas thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining it is the responsibility of the director/operator to ensure all areas and equipment of the facility are free from fire hazards, such as lint build up in heating and air vents, filters, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, and dryer vents. This includes grease build-up in ovens, stoves and food equipment. The staff cleaned the areas thus it was completed before of submission of this inspection

Licensing observed a Bengal flying insect killer and Ajax in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the children's toilet located right next to the side door in the four year old room and accessible to children. The staff removed the items and placed them away from reach of children thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining all potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation.
