A 2nd child care personnel arrived a few minutes later, bringing the CCF into compliance with required ratios. The director wrote and posted the menu during this inspection. Technical support was provided. H. Meal and snack menus must be planned, written, dated, and posted at the beginning of each week in an easily seen place, accessible to the parents/guardians. Any menu substitutions must be noted on the menu. A generalized menu of possible snack choices for programs that receive food donations is acceptable. All meals and snacks prepared outside of the facilitys kitchen or designated food preparation area, such as catered food, must be listed along with the source. Daily meal and snack menus must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months for licensing purposes. Operators who participate in the USDA Food Program must keep menus in accordance with the Department of Health and USDA requirements

The last monthly inspection was documented on 10/18/22. Director completed a physical environmental inspection during this inspection. Technical support provided. 3.12 Outdoor Equipment B. All playground equipment must be securely anchored, unless portable or stationary by design, in good repair, maintained in safe and sanitary condition, and placed to ensure safe use by the children. Maintenance must include inspections conducted every month of all supports above and below the ground and of all connectors and moving parts. Documentation of maintenance inspections must be maintained for 12 months
