10-1: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there were items accessible to the children that said, KEEP OUT OF REACH OF THE CHILDREN in the bathroom, such as Lysol wipes, Tresemme Hairspray, Oral Probiatic, Argan Oil, Hair Perfume, Moisture last contact Lense solution, and Dove advanced care deodorant. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.2 All areas and surfaces accessible to children shall be free from toxic substances and hazardous materials/equipment/tools, including power tools, plastic bags, matches, candles, lighters, etc. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, BB guns, pellet guns and other potentially dangerous hazards, shall either be stored and in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach. B. All potentially harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation

The owner stated that the substitute has to complete a new CPR course. ' During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 5.1.1, C Have certificate(s) of course completion for pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures and first aid training, which must be current and valid at all times. Certificates of course completion are valid based on the time frames established by each first aid and CPR training program, not to exceed three years. CPR courses must include an on-site instructor-based skills assessment that shall be documented by the certified CPR instructor. Documentation of completion of the online course and on-site assessment must be maintained at the home and available for review by the licensing authority
