During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed chemicals accessible to the children on one of the supply carts, in that there were three spray bottles, two with an unknown colored liquid inside and one that said keep out of reach of children. Licensing Specialist also observed a maintained closet door was open and inside there was Consume natures way cleaner on the floor, and on a shelf, there were 3 super sorb instant absorbent cleaner that stated keep out of reach of children and 2 aerosol cans on the self that stated keep out of reach of children. Licensing Specialist observed on a desk table another super sorb absorbent cleaner that stated keep out of reach of children and on the cafeteria lunch table there was a container of alcohol wipes that stated keep out of reach of children. The chemicals were all removed. This is being corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the 2 child care personnel did not have documentation that the Background Screening Clearinghouse with an eligibility date for DCF child care on site. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, Level 2 screening as outlined in s. 435.04, F.S., is required for all child care personnel and includes a criminal records check (both national and statewide), a sexual predator and sexual offender registry search, and child abuse and neglect history of any state in which an individual resided during the preceding 5 years. All fingerprints must be submitted and processed through the Background Screening Clearinghouse and therefore a LiveScan vendor that is Clearinghouse compatible must be used for submission of fingerprints

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, The employer/owner/operator must conduct employment history checks, including documented attempts to contact each employer that employed the individual within the preceding five years, and documentation of the findings. Documentation must include the applicants job title and description of his/her regular duties, confirmation of employment dates, and level of job performance. The employer/owner/operator must make at least three attempts to obtain employment history information. Failed attempts to obtain employment history must be documented in the personnel file and include date, time, and the reason the information was not obtained
