During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that one of the childcare personnel did not complete the 40-hour introductory training requirement within 12 months of hired. According to the SACCF Handbook, Section 4.2.1 Mandated Introductory Training Child care personnel, including volunteers that work 10 hours or more per month, must successfully complete 40 hours of child care training as evidenced by successful completion of competency examinations offered by the Department or its designated representative with a weighted score of 70 or better
