A method of discipline was used that was inappropriate in that a child was sent to an isolation table for 20mins. The director stated the child observed was having behavior issues within their assigned classroom. The director moved the child to the next table without properly addressing the behavior issue. The child was not permitted to move until the fire drill started. This concern was brought to the attention of the site director and manager. The monitor provided best practice guidance for child discipline methods. After the fire drill, the child was sent to rejoin the group, bringing this standard into compliance
