Provider has another refrigerator use for staff members. Provider has been advised to dispose the milk that has been store in the students refrigerator, and per providers statement, they will contact the caterer to get more milk. This area was corrected at the time of the inspection, and technical assistance was provided regarding this standard

Complaint alleges that there is insufficient staffing to appropriately supervise the children.____________________________________________________________________________________FINDINGS:A complaint inspection was conducted on 2/20/2026 and the following ratios were observed: _________________________________________________________________________________________infants and 1y/o 1:4, 1y/o and 2y/o 1:12, 2y/o, 3y/o and 4y/o 2:30____________________________________________________________________________________Upon arrival, a mixed group of 3s and 4s was observed in the main room at the center of the facility. It was later determined that there was a 2y/o child (K.B.) among the mixed group of 3s and 4s, bringing the required ratios down to 1 staff member for 11 children. 1 additional staff member was required to meet minimum standard in this group. The mixed group of 1s and 2s had a total of 12 children to 1 staff member. An additional staff member arrived at 9AM and the group was separated to meet compliance. _________________________________________________________________________________________Compliant ratios became infant 1:1, 1y/o 1:4, 2y/o 1:11, 2y/o and 3y/o 1:15(remained out of compliance), 4y/o 1:30._________________________________________________________________________________. A Notice of Violation is being issued as this is the second occurrence of this non-compliance. This standard was previously cited on 6/4/2024
