During the course of a complaint inspection related to diapering, the following non-compliance was observed; - During inspection of the diapering area in the mixed group of 1s and 2s, The teacher said that she had just changed diapers, but the bleach and water solution was not accessible and available for use in the classroom. When QAS asked for the cleaning solution, the director/owner brought it into the classroom from another room.
