The provider does not have an active staff credential on the training transcript. The current staff credential expired 10/16/23. The provider said she completed the CDA class 9/25/23. She soon after uploaded the renewal application, over a month ago. When the DCF training helpline was called today during the inspection, they stated the renewal application was not received. The provider immediately re- submitted the information and called and verified that the application was received
