Upon arrival for an inspection there was no SMIC present, and a staff member stated that the Director would be in at 8:30am. She called the owner, and two owners plus the Director all came in. The owner stated that she is typically there every morning and will ensure that she will be present at opening every morning moving forward. She intends to continue being the morning SMIC for now and has two staff members working on their credentials to take over that role shortly
