Four days were missing documentation on the Closing logs since the Initial inspection of the Program 7/28/25. Two days, 11/6/25 and 11/7/25 were signed before a sweep was conducted. Specialist emphasized the importance of conducting a thorough sweep of the premises and documenting once it has been completed. Technical Assistance was given to write all days of the current month on the log ahead of time, so as to be sure none get missed, but not to complete the log until after the sweep has been completed, and it has been verified that there are no children on premise
