During the time of the inspection, the Director advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 53 children enrolled. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 53 of the 53 childrens records. Licensing Specialist observed two children who had an expired immunization form. The director was given until November 21, 2024, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 7.1 F Immunization Records The child care facility is responsible for obtaining for each child in care a current, complete and properly executed Florida Certification of Immunization form Part A-1, B, or C, DH 680, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(o), F.A.C., or the Religious Exemption from Immunization form, DH 681, which is incorporated by reference in 65C22.001(7)(p), F.A.C., from the custodial parent or legal guardian. DH Form 680 and DH Form 681 may be obtained from the local county health department. Specific immunization requirements are included and detailed in the most current edition of the Immunization Guidelines-Florida Schools, Child Care Facilities and Family Day Care Homes as promulgated by the Florida Department of Health. It is recommended that child care personnel are current with all immunizations routinely recommended for adults by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as referenced in Caring for Our Children Basics Health and Safety Foundations for Early Care and Education, which is incorporated by in 65C-22.001(7)(v), F.A.C
