At the time of the inspection, the provider did not have the fire extinguishers certified and tagged in the two transportation vans. The provider could not open the back door of the van therefore they could not access the fire extinguisher (brown van). The provider serviced and tag the fire extinguishes therefore the standand was put back into compliance.
