At the time of the inspection, the girls bathroom did not have soap and one bathroom stall did not have toilet paper. The provider placed toilet paper and soap in the girls bathroom, therefore it was completed at the time of the inspection

04-01 · Supervision SACCF Handbook

At the time of the inspection the counselor obtained information through interviews that revealed a child inappropriately touched another child on their private parts during a movie being watched during summer camp. The children were sitting next to each other when this occurred. The child who was touched revealed this to a teacher later on during the day coming back from recess. The noncompliance was resolved once the child responsible for the inappropriate touch was removed from the program. All parents were notified

21-06 · Technical assistance was given to the provider that fire drills must be completed using the approved fire system. Note: the standard was completed at time of inspection as there is only 1/2 day of school left. The last fire drill was conducted on 5/15/23 and emergency preparedness drills were conducted on 4/26/23 (weather) and 2/14/23 (lockdown). The fire extinguisher(s) were last tagged in July 2022. A fire drill (using a smoke detector) was conducted on today's date with the CCR counselor present

At the time of the inspection, the school would not set the fire alarm to complete a fire drill
