At the time of inspection, the counselor observed a childs sippy cup provided from home stored in the facilitys upright refrigerator in the middle classroom that was empty near the one and two year old classroom that was only labeled with the childs first name. The counselor advised the provider that the bottle needs to be labeled with the childs full first and last name. The provider immediately emptied the bottle and placed it in the childs bag to return home.
