At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed the handwashing sink in the four year old classroom having a dirty cup, with paintbrushes sitting in a cup on the ledge of the sink. There were also paint brushes in a cup in the childrens bathroom. TA was given that the classroom and bathroom sink is for hand washing only. The items were removed and the sink cleaned at the time of the inspection
