The provider stated the child has currently gone out of state to stay with relatives, and there is no future date set for the child to return to the home at this moment. The provider will need to contact the specialist and have the child screened immediately upon his return, and a copy sent to the specialist to return to compliance for this standard

At the time of the inspection, a child was sleeping enclosed with a doll house and children's kitchen furniture around them. The provider stated the child was enclosed around the furniture due to the provider about to go to the bathroom. The provider stated the child has special needs and the parent approved the child to be enclosed with the children's furniture around them when the provider goes to the bathroom. TA: The counselor gave technical assistance to the provider that the child cannot be enclosed with children's furniture, and they need to be at least 18 inches napping space around the child
