    At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist and provider conducted a fire drill utilizing the homes smok detector the operator failed to possess current attendance record and emergency contacts for all children enrolled in the home during the time of the drill. The specialist advised the provider that during drills and actual emergencies the provider must possess attendance and emergency contacts. The provider and specialist conducted a second fire drill with the current attendance to account for all children in care as well as emergency contacts for all of the children at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the provider conducts monthly fire drills and possess current attendance and emergency contacts at time of the drill or actual emergency. At the time of the inspection, Licensing counselor observed the providers last fire drill was conducted on _______9/2/2025______. The provider conducted a lockdown drill on ____6/2/2025_________ and a weather drill conducted on __/10/1/2024_______. The fire extinguishers were last tagged on May_ 2025. A fire drill was conducted today in the presence of a DCF Licensing counselor utilizing the homes smoke detector
